We add 1oz of Organic Honey from Tampa Bay’s Old Florida Bee Co. for some natural flavors. 1.5oz of Spinach, 1.5oz Kale, Banana blended to perfection. The fruit used in our smoothies is freshly sliced and never frozen! After months of trying to find the right coconut milk base, the milk we use only has two ingredients; coconuts and water, no fillers and nothing you can't pronounce. A delicious way to start your day.
