First Roasted Fingerling Potatoes are cooked to perfection in a convection oven. No microwave technology here. The potatoes are cooked with St. Pete Ferments Vegan Kimchi, red onion, Italian Olive oil and garlic. After the potatoes are made crispy on the outside a Vegan Scallion Aioli is added. Brick Street Farms organic micro greens are placed on top to finalize the dish. The Kimchi is Vegan, Gluten-Free, Non-GMO Verified, with no Preservatives. The Kimchi includes Probiotic Napa Cabbage, Daikon Radish, Garlic, Green Onion, Onion, Red Chili Pepper, and Himalayan Sea Salt.
