For this dish we first toast three slices of bread. The bread is Grain Free, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Paleo and Ketogenic bread. You can also ask for Vegan Gulf Coast Sourdough Bread. After the bread is toasted an organic peanut butter is spread over the top. Freshly sliced, never frozen, Bananas, Strawberries and Blueberries are then added on top of the peanut butter. We then add Vermont farmed maple syrup and Ceylon Cinnamon, to create even more flavor. The dish is dairy free, lactose free, vegan and vegetarian. This dish is a great grab and go item to fuel you throughout the day.
