  • Coffee Products: Due to health concerns, we do not accept returns of coffee products. If you experience an issue with your coffee, contact us at info@paradecocoffeeroasters.com to initiate our quality control process.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
