We roast it ourselves,
on a roaster that emits nothing.
Green coffee bought straight after harvest from five importers,
tasted weekly. Roasted on a Bellwether with zero emissions, and pulled on a La Marzocco. Even the water is filtered, right down to the ice.
- Single-origin, fair-trade and organic — sourced from ASPRODEGUA farmers in Guatemala and roasted in-house every day.
