Paradeco started with a desire to serve top-notch specialty teas and coffee in a stylish, welcoming environment that promotes community. We aren’t your basic neighborhood coffee shop and we never want to be. YOU deserve better than that and YOU are our top priority. Which is why we curated a unique space and staffed a killer team. We’re committed to staying ahead of the curve and providing you with healthy, delicious beverages and snacks that you crave. We want to be a part of your daily routine. Grab something to-go on your way to the office or make our shop your office for the day. We keep it consistent and we’re always here to bring you a little dose of paradise.
FRENCH TOAST (GF/DF)
Three slices of local, thick cut, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Keto bread dipped in a house-made Madagascar vanilla egg wash, lemon zest, Ceylon Cinnamon and baked with caramelized brown sugar. Topped with thick cut bananas, drizzled with our small batch farmed Vermont maple syrup, and dusted with imported Ceylon Cinnamon. Sub out Banana for Strawberries or Blueberries, or add all 3 if you’d like.
Gluten Free Fast Breaker Breakfast Sandwich
Sunny or over hard egg, olive oil & Himalayan pink salt and pepper marinated red onions & tomatoes, spinach, arugula and house-made vegan aioli, local gluten free/ketogenic bread (contains eggs and almonds). Add avocado or another egg for an additional charge.
Sourdough Fast Breaker Breakfast Sandwich
Sunny or over hard egg, olive oil & Himalayan pink salt and pepper marinated red onions & tomatoes, spinach, arugula and house-made vegan aioli, local Gulfcoast Sourdough bread. Add avocado or another egg for an additional charge.
Freshly mashed Avocado. The mash has fresh lemon, Himalayan sea salt, red pepper flakes and house made roasted garlic in it. Spread over the bread or your choice; Vegan Sourdough from Gulf Coast Sourdough or the Gluten Free, Paleo and Ketogenic bread from Kara Lynn’s Kitchen in Clearwater. The mash is then topped with marinated grape tomatoes with red onions. Then Local Brick Street Farms Hydroponic Microgreens are added on top. Balsamic glaze from Modena, Italy is added to the top as well.
You have the option to add a sunny egg or an over hard egg! You can add as many eggs as you wish.
For this dish we first toast three slices of bread. The bread is Grain Free, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Paleo and Ketogenic bread. You can also ask for Vegan Gulf Coast Sourdough Bread. After the bread is toasted an organic peanut butter is spread over the top. The PB is pure, with peanuts as the only ingredient. Hard to find nowadays. Freshly sliced, never frozen, Bananas, Strawberries and Blueberries are then added on top of the peanut butter. We then add Vermont farmed maple syrup and Ceylon Cinnamon, to create even more flavor. The dish is dairy free, lactose free, vegan and vegetarian. This dish is a great grab and go item to fuel you throughout the day.
IMMUNITY BOOSTER CHIA SEED PUDDING (GF/DF/Vegan)
Chia Seeds*, Coconut Cream*, Vermont Maple Syrup, Turmeric*, Ginger*, Banana, Blueberries, House-made Gluten Free Granola*, Toasted Shaved Coconut*.This superfood pudding is gluten free and vegan. Turmeric reportedly improves heart health, prevents Alzheimer’s and cancer. It’s said to be a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant addition to foods.
KIMCHI POTATO HASH
Crispy roasted russet potatoes, local St. Pete Ferments Vegan Kimchi, red onion, house-made vegan scallion aioli, local Brick Street Farms micro greens garnish.
The Kimchi is Vegan, Gluten-Free, Non-GMO Verified, with no Preservatives. The Kimchi includes Probiotic Napa Cabbage, Daikon Radish, Garlic, Green Onion, Onion, Red Chili Pepper, and Himalayan Sea Salt. The dish is dairy free, lactose free, vegan and vegetarian. This dish is a great grab and go item to fuel you throughout the day.

MUSHROOM BLT SANDWICH
Paradeco signature mushroom bacon piled high on a ketogenic, paleo, gluten-free sandwich roll. You can also ask for Vegan Gulf Coast Sourdough Bread. Our mushroom bacon is marinated overnight in a marinade of nutrient-rich coconut aminos, smoked paprika, and small batch Vermont farmed maple syrup. Topped with fresh, sliced tomato, crisp, locally grown, St. Pete Brick Street Farms hydroponic lettuce, and our own signature house made veganaise. This dish is nutrient-rich, gluten free, and ketogenic. (Add Egg and Avocado for extra.)
The Gluten Free/Grain Free bread from Kara Lynn’s is going to be the best gluten free bread you have ever had. Safe for customers with Celiac. The bread is very moist, not like other gluten free breads. The bread is not sliced until you put in your order. The bread is the key to this dish, made with arrowroot, sea salt, sprouted golden flax seed, sprouted psyllium husk and apple cider vinegar. The bread does not contain lactose or dairy but it does contain eggs.
Mushroom BLT Salad
Paradeco signature mushroom bacon sitting on a fresh bed of St. Pete Brick Street Farms hydroponic greens. Our mushroom bacon is marinated overnight in a marinade of nutrient-rich coconut aminos, paprika, and small batch Vermont maple syrup. Grape tomatoes, avocado and our very own house made Champagne Vinaigrette dressing, and your low-carb, nutrient rich lunch is served. With Vegan Sourdough croutons made in house. Or you can ask for the Gluten free, paleo, grain free croutons also made in house. This dish is Nutrient Rich, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free and delicious!

Our bakery program will change over time to include small bakers from the St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay area. We’re currently partnering with Katie’s Cookies Mana Bakery a woman owned bakery.
